It is possible to switch between the service levels, you just need to take following into account. This article does not go into details about the differences of service levels but is more about making the switch and how it affects billing.
In Testlab self-service, the billing is always based on named users. The Enterprise service level licensing is based on floating user licenses. When switching to floating licenses, the restriction of user accounts is lifted - you can have as many user accounts in your Testlab as you wish. The licensing restricts the number of concurrent users using the Testlab at any given moment.
Testlab Self-service's billing is fully automated using a credit card. Testlab Enterprise offers also other forms of payments, such as wire transfer and e-payments. Testlab Enterprise has a minimum billing period of one month. For a subscription of 6 months, Meliora offers a 5% discount and for 12months a 10% discount.
When you want to make a change, please contant either sales@melioratestlab.com or a contact person you have been in touch with. Please tell
a) How many concurrent licenses you wish to have,
b) When you wish to make a change. ( The best time to make a switch is before your credit card is billed for the next billing period )
c) Do you wish to continue using the same credit card billing or something else
d) What billing period you wish to have? ( 1, 3, 6 or 12 months )
